By using TrustMonk’s Products and Services, you agree to the fees described below. We reserve the right to revise our fees at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.
1. Fee Structure
TrustMonk offers three pricing tiers tailored to different user categories. For detailed pricing information, including applicable rates and any promotional offers, please contact us directly at the email addresses listed below.
1.1 Buyer
For individuals purchasing goods or services through TrustMonk.

- No subscription fees
- No hidden charges
- Smart contract protection, AI-powered dispute resolution, real-time transaction tracking, and multi-device access are included

1.2 Seller
For individuals or businesses selling goods or services through TrustMonk.
- Fees are charged per successful trade only
- No subscription fees
- No hidden charges
- Includes all Buyer-tier features, plus funds-locked-until-approval, chargeback protection, and dedicated dispute support

2. General Fee Terms
2.1 No Hidden Fees
TrustMonk is committed to transparency. We do not charge subscription fees, setup fees, or any hidden costs. You only pay when a trade is successfully completed.
2.2 Successful Trade
A “successful trade” is defined as a transaction where both the Buyer and the Seller have fulfilled their respective obligations — the Buyer has made the payment and the Seller has delivered the goods or services — and the transaction is marked as complete on the TrustMonk platform.
2.3 Gas Fees
TrustMonk covers gas fees on successful trades. No additional blockchain-related charges are passed on to the user for completed transactions.
2.4 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, TrustMonk’s AI-powered dispute resolution system will assess the case. Fees for a trade under dispute will be held in escrow until the dispute is resolved. The outcome of the dispute may affect the final fee applicable to the transaction.
3. Payment of Fees
3.1 Fee Deduction
Applicable fees are automatically deducted from the transaction amount at the time of settlement. You are not required to make a separate payment for fees.
3.2 Currency
All fees are quoted and charged in the currency of the transaction. Where applicable, currency conversion rates will be applied as per the rates available on the platform at the time of the transaction.
3.3 Invoices
Upon request, TrustMonk will provide invoices or receipts for fees charged. To request an invoice, please contact us at billing@trustmonk.app.
4. Refunds
4.1 Fee Refunds
Fees are charged only on successful trades. If a transaction is cancelled, refunded, or reversed, the corresponding fee will also be refunded to the user’s TrustMonk wallet within 5–7 business days.
4.2 Partial Refunds
In cases where a partial refund is issued for a transaction, the fee will be adjusted proportionally.
5. Changes to Fees
TrustMonk reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any changes take effect. Notices will be sent via email to the address associated with your TrustMonk account and/or posted on our website.
If you do not agree with the revised fees, you may discontinue use of the Services before the changes take effect.
